Confirmation can be done the day before the event.<\/p>\n<p>We use online confirmation. See the insctruction below. You can also confirm other field events but it is not necessary. If there are any problems with confirmation, you can do it in TIC 90 minutes before the race. Confirmation can be done by athlete or any other person, representing him\/her.<\/p>\n<p>Following running finals <strong>do not need<\/strong> confirmation: (60 meters, 100 meters, 60 meters hurdles, 80 meters hurdles, 100 meters hurdles and 110 meters hurdles).<\/p>\n<p>Follow the introduction in confirming. To get the competition number or event material in TIC is not the same thing as confirming the race!<\/p>\n<p>Introduction:<\/p>\n<p>You can cancel the confirmation online or in TIC. If you cancel, remember to do it on time, at least 90 minutes before the race.<\/p>\n<h3>Introduction for relay teams<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Relay teams will be confirmed on paper forms on the race day. Maxium 2 own implements per athlete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competitors in series 8-11 will use organizers implements.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">If you use your own implements, you must bring them to the technical room at least 120 mins before your event.\u00a0 Officials will bring these implements to the warm up and competition. These implements are on the field until the event is over. You should check heats and groups again before your warm up incase of updates (just to make sure).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Groups and heats are allocated on the basis of statistics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In running events, the athletes\u2019 record (PB) results are downloaded from the athlete register and upated\u00a0during the\u00a0competition week. If the athlete has two events on top of each other or the previous event does not finish before the start time, he\/she can move to another event location by announcing this at the previous calling and going directly to the venue of the next event. Please inform about same time several starting events when you visit Call Room first time at the day. A team leader can also visit the call room to inform about the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The call room is located at the end of the field towards the back curve. There are only one entrance to the call room. The passage from the call room to the running and jumping events is guided along a Mondo-paved route, so competitors can put on their spikes already at the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the long throw events (hammer throw, discus, javelin) have their Call Room at the back field close to the event area. You find the information about which Call Room you shall enter from the Call Room timetable.<\/p>\n<p>Call room schedule will be published on the competition week in the competion timetable.
